Aerial Stretch

Aerial stretch  focus on stretches with the use of the Aerial hammocks, relax the tension of our spine, prevent scoliosis and helps with slipped disc, also to increase mobility and flexibility. A very relaxing class that is suitable for beginners.

Aerial Trick

This class helps you to  tone, strengthen and increase your flexibility with learning some sequences to improve your practice in the aerial arts. We will practise poses and transitions with the  hammock. This class is a beginner to intermediate level class.
