Holding the yoga posture for a longer period of time, to increase the density of muscles and bones, builds strength and stamina, allows time for alignment, gives space for emotions and stabilizes the mind and body.

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic practice that synchronises breath with movement so in this class you will flow through a sequence of postures, which will differ teacher to teacher.

WHEEL YOGA

The yoga wheel is a special prop that can help open the front of the body (the abdomen, chest ,hip flexors, and shoulders) as you roll on the wheel, relaxing the spine . Sometimes might work more deeply on backbends as well as inversions

HATHA YOGA

A blend of traditional authentic yoga postures, emphasize on stability  and calming breath work to relax the body and de-stress the mind.  Classes build endurance, flexibility, stability, and concentration.
