Barre & Dance

We believe dance lessons are life lessons and that life goals can be reached through the tools gained from dance education.

Stretch & Dance Basic

Our teachers start their dance training since they were a kid and taught by the age of 20. This class will accommodate both the serious
and recreational adult dancer appealing to all skill levels. Classes will offer a general knowledge
of terminology and technique.

Barre Workout

Our barre classes use a combination of postures inspired by Jazz and Chinese Traditional Dance. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.
