Hatha Immersion (small class for 4)
Using Chairs, Bolsters, Blocks etc to allow deep relaxation and healing process, loosen up tight necks, shoulders, back and legs. Body and mind would be fully rejuvenated after class.For students of any age and experience who wish to practise gently and relax deeply.
Deep Stretch Yoga
Deep stretch yoga allow the body to be opened up in a safe way with our professional yoga teacher. Hand on adjustments might involve to allow students to feel deeper in different asanas. Ideal for beginners .
